In the fall of 2005 Zeitlin & Company, Realtors® formed and launched Zeitlin InTown; a new division created and designed to serve urban builders, buyers and sellers of metropolitan Nashville residential properties.
The Zeitlin name has been associated with exceptional properties and people for over 30 years. However during most of that period there were few living options for city dwellers. Indeed, it was illegal to live in the city core as recently as the 1990's.
Over the past few years the residential resurgence in Nashville's downtown and adjacent neighborhoods warranted a team of Realtors® who were focused on this rapidly growing environment. Zeitlin & Co. founder and CEO Shirley Zeitlin, who is a board member of both the Downtown Nashville Partnership as well as the new Schermerhorn Symphony Center, saw this need and created InTown.
